Heading down there for vacation this summer. Any advice on places to eat, things to see, etc.?

My good friend was there last summer. He loved his trip, but said that it is the kind of place where you want to bring food, cook, and hang out at your house and on the beach.

Its beautiful! Port St. Joe and Apalachicola are nearby for restaurants and such.

Pretty sure there are not many restaurants in Cape San Blas like Kiddiedoc said.

There's an oyster house there (can't miss it really) that has a range of food and beer.

We ate there several times.

CSB is a definitely a place I would go back to. Very relaxing

Cape San Blas rocks! So peacfeul and relaxing. here are a couple of links to check out:
Indian Pass Raw Bar - Home about 15 minutes form CSB, out in the middle of nowhere...walk in say hi grab a cold one from the coolers or a cup and pour your own draft beer...free beer on St. Patricks day! Great oysters...

Cape San Blas is a fantastic family oriented beach. That was the last vacation me and the ex took with the kids as a family before the big "D". Ah good times. The other posters are right. There's not many places to eat on CSB itself but I like Toucan's. Its just up the road a little piece at Mexico Beach. Have a great time OP I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy yourself.
