The band sounds a little "ho humm" BUT JUST YOU WAIT!! When they put on those uniforms and start down the hill to the roar of some 30- 50 thousands fans, then it will sound much better. I get chills just typing this post seeing it happen in my mind. If you are seated inside early, you know when it is happening (you and the 40 thousand or so inside with you) the roar tells you "IT'S TIME. As the Pride of the Southland files in, they become the pied piper as the other half of the fans base follows them in. As I am now in my twilight years and have limited ways of attending, the vid of memories past still shortin my breath, quicken my pulse and yes moisten my eyes. IT'S APPROACHING FAST !! THAT IS,,, (FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE!!)
