I know that we all hate to see the Vols in this kind of shape. It seems like we were able to do some things better in this game. Stephens looks like he maybe the savior of this team if he can continue to improve. Our o-line is a major cause for concern. I think that our D is ok the O just left them on the field way too much today. I would say that if we can continue to improve we can win every game the rest of the way minus the Bama game. What do you guys think we have to look forward to the rest of the way?

Well I hope we don't have to look foward to officiating like we did today. They may have won outright anyway but there were at least 3 calls that gave them first downs and let drives continue. I do believe that some of the play calling was bad. That sweep play didn't work all game and they went to it quite a few times. I really don't know what to think about our offensive team right now. We don't run the football near enough to win games, bottom line.

UT played better then it has, mostly due to Stephens. The running game and pass blocking made Stephens job a lot harder then it should have been.

How many times on 4th and inches did Georgia end up with 3 or 4 yards? The Dline is not that good by SEC standards.

The score should have been a lot worse. GA settled for a lot of FG's.

Only think I can think of taking from this game is a break.

we're 2-4 and 0-3 in the SEC. So no, we can't take anything away from this loss except major disapointment. At least I hope they feel disapointed, if they don't there's something very wrong down there.

The only positive thing I take away from this game is Stephens. Other than that, nada.

Yeah...according to the final score, we didn't get killed.

small miracle.

We're last in the SEC right now. Fortunately, Arkansas is about to come down and join us.

Sometimes you have to spank a child to set him on the correct path in life. If losing a couple more games gets us the drastic changes we need, so be it:rock:

What I take from the Georgia game: UT has been physically dominated and pushed around up front for the third time this year in SEC play.

I don't know if this team can take anything and improve on it. The talent just doesn't seem to be there and the coaching is not helping either.

We will be back but not anytime soon.

Yeah loss #4 but I will say Ayers played a good game on D.

Berry should go pro after this year if the same coaching staff is in place next year (and who knows what will happen there)

Stevens is a pretty big improvement over Crompton and if we could run the ball at all he would have looked even better.

At least they covered the frickin spread - made a little off of a parlay with UT, Virginia, and Mississippi State.

I think that we have talent to compete with any other team in the nation. I'm just dumbfounded by the play calling on both sides of the ball and how we can have such an experienced O-line and get man handled the way that we do.
