Can we start a collection to come up with the $$$ for Dolley's buyout

Should we start the "DooleyBuyoutFund.com" website to cover the cost? Can we hire a few students to pass the hat through the stadium next home game to solicit funds for the site?
(Kidding. Sort of. Maybe.)

If 102,000 fans give $50 each to the DooleyBuyOut Fund.com it would raise $5,100,000.00......I'm just saying.

Problem with that stadium attendance scenario. Many of thsoe 7000-15000 are opposing fans who would love us to keep Dooley. And Several are kids coming with their parents. So taking 102,000 minus like 12,000 opposing fans minus like 15,000 kids who's allowance won't cover it. Leaves 75,000 to pay $5 million. We would need as family heads to pay like $67 times 75,000 equals 5,025,000. lol j/k Delick but definitely possible.

See, that's the grassroots effort I was thinking of. If the UTAthDept would set up a place to donate to the fund, we could all donate our $50 or so (and write it off against taxes) and see who's up next. Heck, I've got $50 for the ol' alma mater. Maybe one of the donors could agree to match the funds, saving themselves about 1/2 of their planned donation.

I have seen enough of the experiment on Defense with Sunseri, the last three quarterbacks have all had career passing days on the Vols defense. This is the worst defense ever at UT, no doubt, even worse than in 88 when the Vols started 0 and 6. Its not like they don't have any talent either on that side of the ball. Sunseri must go now, and Dooley after the season.

If there are enough Vol fans that agree we should all send a donation to the AD so they can buy Dooley out come Monday, and announce the decision after the Ky Jelly game. Does anyone else agree?

Just my two cents.
