It's hard not to expect things like this. We had home field, the most talented and deepest roster in the country and the #1 overall seed and STILL couldn't get out of the super regionals. Such a UT thing. Having said that, there's no denying how much joy this team gave us this year. On top of that, they can still hang their hat on winning both the regular season and tournament of the most brutal conference in all of college baseball. That and their record were no small feats. They've got a lot to be proud of despite the way this season ended.
