Looks like they are using a swing stage. Basically it's a big wench placed on top of the structure you are working on, with a LOT of weights to keep the wench system and wires from following the stage over the side.

Technically the only thing I can relate to is... I helped carried part of a goalposts and the other one went in the river along with a CBS camera. Just like to today a great day.

Seriously though I assume this means Butch took that job at Bama and crane or not he had to be off our stadium? When I heard he was possibly going to work for Saban I was going to be upset if we had Bama staff advertising on our board.
