I noticed in the first quarter we were getting good gains and positive yardage with Hurd leading out in front. Bama started creeping up but we didn't take advantage of it. Then we abandoned that style of play altogether and went back to our base read offense. Oh well...

I thought this too, they moved the ball pretty good on that first drive, then never went back to that.
