Can anyone ask Bryce Brown if he looked at his thread here on the Volnation while going through the recruitment process. I would like to know if he realizes how many posts we had in his thread. I am just curious if the recruits pay any attention to these blogs, and given that he had a 3.7 gpa, I assume he might have actually researched the fan base.

Let's hope they don't, because there are a lot of negative people on here. I posted one for Scroggins the other day and in the beginning all we got was a bunch of sarcastic and pessimistic comments. Finally, some fans caught on to being positive. I have found the articles in here to be very helpful and am about to stop commenting. It seems, most of the commentors simply want to argue. No offense to the many positive people I have seen on here as well. But I really wish that the administrators would eliminate all the negative jargon on here.

Complaining about negativity on a sporting team message board, is like walking into Popeye's and complaining everything is fried.

If you don't already know what to expect with this place, then you really were born yesterday.

I come for the articles and recruiting updates. And occasionally post some humor. But I found out a long time ago if you have any true logical argument on this forum, it is beat back by the idiocy of the masses. There are some valuable posters on this forum, but for the most part its a bunch of kids who's first game was when Clausen was a Senior, or a moron who can sit at home all day and post on a message board.

From what has generally been said about recruits, they typically do look at message boards from time to time just to see what the buzz about them is. Take that for whatever you feel it is worth.

i have talked to him before.

he is nicer than is reasonable or necessary. also his t-shirt seems like it might cut off circulation to his tree-trunk sized biceps.

he is very grateful for all the fan support, but i didnt get the impression from him that he would be the type to read these boards. but idk i didnt ask him

i basically just said all of the generic "glad you're here", "hope we can win some championships" type of stuff.

in a related note, i walked by marsalis teague a couple of days ago. i know he is listed as 5'10" but i would guess its 5'8.5"-5'9ish

Thanks. I was just curious. I am really wondering if Scroggins is comparing the fan interest between us and USC.

I was the first one to post and say that he was comin for a visit right? and yeah, i did get wrong info during the visit, but boy am i glad it was wrong.
