Camp confidential: Kiffin goes behind the scenes

This season may take some time to really jell for the COACHES more so than the players. This is the first time they have worked together save for the coach CLK brought with him from Oakland and Coach O. There may be delay of games because the plays are not in time to call, the kicking game, third down situations, and other situations calling for timing from the coaching staff. I am going to give this staff some leeway and not be too critical on them because they are having to adjust too. This could cost us some wins. I hope I am so wrong on that last one!!! Go Vols

The part I like the most is how he talks about coaches not knowing where he likes the board at halftime. That's the kind of attention to detail that permeates a program. If he's worried about that, you know damn well he's worried about our guys preparing themselves and doing it right. I like our new coach and these little tidbits just re-enforce that.
