Watching the video. The competition he is up against in the single A league is small and slow. It is only natural to be accustomed to that and an adjustment period, thusly, is required. Watch the game segments in the video and come to your own conclusion. There is a huge difference in the game sequences and those shown for Nico.

No, that is ridiculous, but his reaction times to opposing players will be predicated on an anticipation of lesser talents. Football is more than a sprint. He will be a great player, but I do not anticipate immediate greatness unless Heupel sets him up in specific sets designed for him with minimal reads.
