Cambodia-Thailand Conflict

IDK what that means, but does it mean donuts? Here in AZ, Cambodians run the local donut industry and they're doing a bang-up job.
It means duck phu(ker in Thai. I am not picking a side at all but wanted to use that phrase at least once if the opportunity ever presented itself in this forum. One of the first naughty thai phrases I learned when picking up the language decades ago in Southern Thailand.

There is a pretty good movie called 'The Donut King' about the guy that started it all. Rags to riches... Sort of... I don't want to spoil it.

Not looking good.

Also, just thought I’d add that Cambodia is considered a close ally of China’s, so it wouldn’t surprise me if China gave them the green light.

Which would be incredibly stupid. Cambodia has no Air Force. As for air defense old gush guns and very few guides missles that have limited radius and their batteries only hold 2 a piece.
While Thailand has f16’s and jas 39

That is only about 25 miles from Angkor Wat. We were there last year.

I hope they don’t blow it up like Parthenon.

Hopefully both side will avoid escalation and cease hostilities soon to avoid a heavier toll on the residents of the area as well as the many historic temples and other structures. In the words of entertainer and amateur statesman Jonathan Smith, the belligerents must turn down for wat(s).

We better send troops ASAP! Boots on the ground, print some more money, exact our toll, that’s how we roll! I sure hope the CIA is already there pulling strings, stirring the pot, mucking it up.
What's bearded take? We need to send stealth to both sides?

I hope not too. Fortunately it looks like the fighting's now pretty far away from Angkor Wat.
Did you get to Banteay Srei, which is closer to the border? That's a really interesting temple.
