Cam Sutton

I loved how he was pissed at himself for not coming down with a one handed INT yesterday instead of just batting the pass down. He saved a TD on that play and looked like he jumped out 10 feet in the air.

I hate to say this, but he got beat on this play. He bit hard on the fake and a pretty good qb makes that throw for a TD probably. Driskell lofted it too high and behind his man and cam took advantage of that and made the play. Heck of a recovery though, And yes definetly best db since Berry.

And Kahlil and Shy and Butcher and Ford, and Hendrix should have a year to RS and Barnett a year older.. oh my.

And Bates and Maggitt and Reeves-Maybin and Moseley and Michael Williams and Randolph and McNeil another year…oh my.

I'm going to say something not to popular but i think VHIII is the second best corner in the nation after watching him shut down north.

He's one of my favorite players to watch. You just expect a big play.

He could be seeing of the beginning of a Defensive Era not seen in a LONG time. A great D will win you a lot of games.

The days of Tennessee's D being feared again are close at hand.... already ahead of schedule.

Now for the O to get its act together...

He is a future 1st rounder for any team that desperately needs a corner.

He was pissed because he got burnt on the double move. Driskel saved the touchdown on that play with a horrible throw.

He has been playing lights out and is one of my favorite players, but I was disappointed he didn't get that last pick. He was in perfect position, jumped the route, but just couldn't catch it. Sucks because it would have sealed the deal....

He bit down on that play because clearly he was coached that driskel couldn't beat them deep. At one point I'm pretty sure driskel had 8 completions for 14 yards.

I saw he was mad at himself, but I was in awe that he broke the pass up. I thought it was a TD all the way until Cam shut it down.

He is certainly really good especially for his time in the program but seriously, he wouldn't have had to bat it away if a) he hadn't got absolutely torched b) if Driscol could throw it any further than he did.
Love #23 but this play is more an example of "make up" speed after being burned and another indictment on Driscol.

He's a three and done player. He's going down as one of the best to ever play defensive back for Tennessee.

We often see DB's with great speed but poor technique. The amazing thing about this kid is he seems way ahead of his classification (SO) when it comes to truly knowing the corner position. I'm not sure who his HS coach was but someone has taught this kid very well. I"m curious if Deon or any other great DB's have commented on Cam?
