I almost posted the same thing. Would have been embarrassing. But yeah I think an email to the entire coaching staff is in order. Maybe a scouting coordinator position is in someone's future.

So a random RB with less than 700 yards rushing is compared to a guy with 2000 yards rushing (at previous school) AND we should get him IF he enters the portal. Well I echo the prevailing sentiment here...OK

Vols need to go after this guy if he enters the portal. Could be the next Cody Schrader. GBO!
Wright would have had more yards than Schrader if he had the carries as Cody had. Our offense is not designed for 1 running back to get 95% of the carries. Let’s compare them anyways:

Schrader- 247 rush, 1489yds, 13td, 6.0avg
Wright- 137 rush, 1,013yds, 4TD’s

Mizzou #2 running back had 76 rushes while Small had 91 and Sampson had 76 rushes.

I was impressed with his ability for sure. Tough runner and a leader. The only issue I saw was when he acted like he was injured/sick when he got drilled or didn’t make a positive play. But then he’d have a miraculous recovery and play to the crowd and the camera when he made a good play. Then he’d get tackled for a loss again and looked like he was dying. Looked like he was working on an acting career.

Reminded me of James Brown when he’d act tired and they’d put a cape on him and walk him off the stage. Then all of a sudden, he’d get a burst of energy and throw off the cape and start dancing again.

He has displaced UT's Crawford as the "puke and rally" champion.
