No worries at all. We had a basement when I started college. It was awesome!! My son and his fiance' live in ours now. And btw, the disruptor comment was a jab at the mods......they were threatening bodily harm to NKV day before yesterday and claimed they were just going to disintegrate him because Freak wouldn't pay to clean up the mess!!

Cam has been advised of what has been said on the radio and is aware of his options regarding his name.

According to Basilio, parents of other players came to him with the story. It's not something he dug up.

Why would he make that up?

Well, again, you're making the mistake of believing words that come out of Tony's mouth. This is a person that deals in rumor and innuendo, very rarely in facts. He's a known, proven liar.

You act like he's never made things up before, which he clearly has.

I would wager a grand sum of money that the only "player parent" source he had was that Will guy that calls in with an anti-Dooley agenda.

The FACT is all but one of the thefts at the dorm occurred during practice or team meetings.

Whatever, I can't believe I'm even responding to another one of Basilio's dumb lies.

Why do people still listen to Basillo? Every time he says he has "inside Info" it is always wrong. Love smith, Randy shannon, and a lot of supposed recruit commitments. I have no idea how he is still on the radio. Unless his listeners just enjoy bein lied too.

It would be really interesting to see Cam take this to court.

Defamation cases really hinge on a person's status as a public figure, and the analysis for a second string college football player would be interesting to see.

I have a feeling he would lose, (mostly because of the first amendment impact that the case would have) but it would be an interesting case. The "facts" as they appear here seem somewhat in Cam's favor.

I'm not in it for e-cred, just trying to slow down the occasional misinformation train. Basilio frequently drives that train.

Short of the police filing charges against CC, Tony would have a really difficult time fighting that suit.
