Makes sense. I'm leaning towards Kiffin. None of the other candidates get me pumped at all.. I think Kiffin would be great for recruiting some west coast talent, which we need because its becoming much too difficult to get good recruits here in the south. If we're going for a new program here, I think we may as well bring in fresh meat and not someone else's sloppy seconds. I can see Kiffin bringing energy back in to the team and the fans, which to me is a pretty important step back towards our former competitiveness.

Ok, there is another recipe thread in here, but let's make this one any recipe you want..I'd love to get some new flavah in my kitchen! I'm posting an easy weeknight recipe that is always a winner.

Southwest Chicken Wraps

1 box Zatarian's black beans and rice
(I use a rotisserie chicken and just tear it up) enough chicken for a serving size per person; shredded
1 can of corn (or about 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, heated)
flour tortillas
cheese
lettuce
tomato
salsa
sour cream

Prepare the black beans and rice. Stir in corn and chicken. Spoon mixture onto flour tortilla and garnish with whatever you like. Yummy!

I guess I should have posted Thanksgiving recipes..ok, well add those in here too. Any holiday recipes will be great. I'll post mine for some delicious cajun dressing if anyone wants it.
