This VolChick learned the lesson the hard way a long time ago about starting a thread about something other than Tennessee football... ne'er again will I cross that line doing that... it sure didn't end up end up in another direction... :-(

You may need to stick around the main board more, that post had more rational thoughts than 60% of the stuff I have seen since Phil got fired.

Hmm, you guys must not know many women that are big football enthusiasts, :) I have a whole bunch of friends just like me.. and we love Jack Daniels too, bwhahaha

female fans like yourself are rarely seen in the wild. The recipe posters are certainly more the norm, at least in my experience.

My wife would prefer to talk about tarragon than anything sports related. In fact, she apparently prefers it while the boys and I are watching football.

:lolabove: In the wild? HAHAHA I can't cook my way out of a paper bag. When I was kid, after Thanksgiving when all the women would go out shopping I'd stay home and watch football with my grandfather. I just love sports.. domesticated duties aren't my thing.

Actually I just got out of the shower and have not fully dressed yet..does that make this thread more exciting?? I'm hearing that because I want to ask for recipes that I am no longer a hot chick and I guess I'm in a Martha Stewart old lady category. I can't exactly greet my husband in a teddy and stilettos anymore. Oh, and no offense, but I do NOT cook out of the microwave! I make almost everything fresh and homemade..and that (at least to my husband) makes me hot!

Talking about this reminded me of this get-to-gether I was at and this girl busted my balls on football subjects. Along with being a 10 she is my true lost love.

Dark headed, athletic, sports nut, I'm talking 10 plus, son.

You're not Martha Stewart, guys just aren't big in to cooking. They'd rather talk about football or half naked chicks. Good for you, I wish I could actually cook something, I'm just not patient enough.
