As long as we have eleven guys on the field and they are wearing pads and helmets, then we have a fighting chance to go 4-0.

This team has either heard or read about how bad they are suppose to be and sometimes it backfires on people.I have to say I think there is a chance this team could go 4-0.
If they go 3-1 I think most of us will take it and hope they build on it.

David Oku will return the first kick of the year back for a TD. Ending a what, 14 year drought of our last KR/PR for a TD?

Leonard Scott returned a kickoff for a TD against Georgia in 99.

Someone (maybe Bret Smith) returned an attempted onside kick for a TD against USCjr in 04.

Jonathan Hefney returned a punt for a TD in 04 (against UNLV I think).

Thats all I can think of right now, but it hasn't been 14 years

But I really believe this years team is going to start off the year 4-0. Don't ask me why, I just think all of these players have a huge chip on their shoulders and they so desperately want to prove their worth to the nation.

Haters stay out, just saying what is on my mind.

I've got the "good vibrations" this season as well. I do think this team will play like their backs are against the wall. If we go 2 - 0, I think we have a real shot at 3 - 1. I think the Oregon game is critical to get this team to BELIEVE (and I think it's very winnable)! We've got the starting talent to beat anyone.

I don't usually make predictions but I think Rosie O Donnell will look fat on her new tv show.

I wish I thought like you guys I really do...but Simms scares the you know what out of me. Who was the last JUCO QB to walk into a BCS conference (and SEC for that matter) and light it up?

Aaron Rodgers.

Jeremiah Masoli wasn't too shabby either.

Over the years (begining with 1965 team) .. if you were to have bet on Tennessee againist the spread (when we were the underdog, and no one was giving us a chance) you would have no need for employment, Hey you would be rich.... I am with you, I will take my chance on the big Orange every time :good!:

They will have an even bigger chip if they watched the "Herbie Awards" on ESPN tonight. Tennessee was picked as one of 5 teams that will be on a "downhill slide" this season. Our players need to use the negative comments as motivation.

The band got a top 5. We got that goin' for us.

Auburn started out 5-0 last year and........ then they sucked.

In case you have NOT noticed.... THIS IS NOT AUBURN Tennessee could loose every game for the rest of my life and never suck like any team from the state of Alabama :banghead2: :banghead2: :banghead2:

3-1..i can see us splitting Florida/Oregon, but it will blow my mind if we win both. and if we lose either or our "automatic wins" im probably going to kick myself in the balls..rite after i cry myself to sleep.
