On the other hand, I see Tennessee fans freaking out over a defensive coordinator hire...because there is nothing else to do but put blind hope into a coaching hire, when this program is so downtrodden. No bowl game, losing season, losing defensive coordinator and best recruiter, most dynamic player coming off a torn ACL, a recruiting class falling apart as I type this post...desperately needing a DC hire by this weekend, to solidify big defensive recruits, and get uncommitted guys on board.

Our programs could not be any further apart. We are a dumpster fire, Alabama is in the middle of a dynasty.

I could see it. Hart plans on hiring Smart after this game, not as a DC but for HC. He waits due to his respect for Saban and the Alabama football team. This also would keep TN from going any time without a HC which would help with recruiting. Probably not but at least makes since to me.

Nick Saban is the reason for that defense....not their DC....Even said it during the game. Saban was solely focused on the defense...didn't even look at the offense during game preparations.

We have the PATRIOT Act, Guantanamo Bay, and NDAA. The politicians are trying to push SOPA and the PROTECT IP act.

I hate to say this and shatter your illusions, but this country has been fascist since 1950, when the president started taking marching orders from the UN, thereby usurping authority delegated to the legislative branch by the Constitution (the authority to declare war).

I won't say anything more on the topic, as it could be construed as somehow aiding enemy combatants and get me permanently imprisoned without trial.
