LOL! I tried posting on a few Cal boards at the end of bowl season, just to be friendly, and was run off....... in fast order. I simply wanted to congrat them on their win. I left, and am still being spammed by Cal doo doo. I say they reek of insecurity.:dance2:

What do I "reek" of?? Because some people here don't understand some sarcastic slang... Let me guees, According to you,GAVol, and BigPapaVol I'm just an ignorant and childish dude from the hood huh?

I'm sorry I don't have the same background as some of you, but that doesn't make me any lesser of person.. Some of you guys just don't understand certain lifestyles.. And apparently mine is wrong and I am wrong about everything.. I came here because I love the Vols.. My cousin played for the Vols.. I wanted to come here for discussions relating to the Vols.. But I guees I don't belong here with you fine people..

Don't go turning this on us. You made this bed you're sleeping in. I'm cool with you as a Vol fan. As for all of the pimpin' and dogging my whiteness, I just don't think it belongs here.

Look man, spelling isn't that big of an issue here unless you make it one. When you came in here talking about how you were gonna shred somebodies logic or statements and had the big bad John Wayne personna, naturally you'll rub some people the wrong way. You absolutely have the right to your opinion and that's what this board is all about. Tell us all what your opinions are concerning sports and other things Tennessee related and you can read ours. A lot of folks in here kid around about things and the longer you're here the easier it will be to tell when someone is kidding or not. Just chill and everything will work out.

How exactly did I make this bed.. This all started with the bait I threw out there with the whole "reek havoc" thing.. It was something I know you would get upset about.. Then people actually began to think it was real.. Thus, questioning my intelligence and cheapshots were thrown at me with sarcastic statements pertaining to my profile on here.. This all got way of hand.. And I'm ready to move on.. Are you??

Also, there are a lot of young people that post on this board and, as BPV said, using terms like pimpin and such isn't a very good idea.

Here is the way I see it. First of all, if you are going to post on here you have to have very very very thick skin. You can ask anyone on here and they will tell you the same thing. I can't speak for GAVol and Big Papa, but most of this has just been for poops and hahas. I couldn't care less if you want to use pimpin', fresh, clean, etc.. As for the lifestyles, I have no problem with an lifestyle different than mine. I have no idea what lifestyle you lead, and really, not to sound like an ass, I don't care. It is very childish for you to imply that we think you are a lesser person due to your lifestyle. I don't care if you are black, white, red, yellow, or polka dotted, I will not view you or anyone as lesser. No one has said you are wrong about everything, we were just ridiculing you for your "slang". I have been ridiculed over things, and I am sure that many others on here have as well. It is the off-season and everyone is bored out of our minds. You have to learn to deal with it like everyone else on here. On that note, I am going to bed because I have to be up early and I have an appointment with a customer in the morning.:peace2:

Well, it didn't actually start where you said....it was long before the reek havok disaster, but I don't care. I was never under it to be over it. I enjoy the repartee on here and often find it very amusing, regardless of which side I'm on. I would agree that this was out of hand, but it will not be the last time. It happens here and that's part of the appeal. I've moved on. I assure you that nothing I spew here is personal and I would prefer it not be taken that way. In my mind, this is all in fun. I'm sure it will remain that way.

Now to a different point. I couldn't care less what color anyone's skin on this forum is. The demographics of this group make absolutely no difference in the world to me. I judge here based upon the quality and content of comments. I would hope that holds true for everyone.

Fair enough Papa Vol, it just seemed like since everyone jumped in, it felt like the insults and the comments were cheapshots directed at me.. But now I understand it was all in good fun.. I'm sorry I reacted that way to everybody in the fashion I did. It just felt like I was getting attacked.. No hard feelings, I'll change the pimpin' thing considering the young ones that read the board.. I see where you guys were coming from.. And again, I apologize for some of the statements.

There is no need for any apologies. I like the tone, but some here find it harsh. We can certainly find a way to bicker that involves others in the debate and makes for enjoyable discussion. I'll avoid making anything personal. If I slip, understand that it ain't (how's that for some backwoods?).

I'm trying to think of a way to incorporate "ya'll", "pimpin'" and "git r done" in the same sentence. If stunna is going to accuse us whiteys in E. TN. of not understanding his culture, might as well jump in with both feet and feed his paranoia.
