'19 CA ATH/WR Horace "Bru" McCoy (Tennessee commit)

Which under NIL is likely to be much easier to justify. Top college guys will be making more than late round pros, at least initially.

Yep, and that's another positive for college football. Many of those guys who have a slim pro shot that declare and don't make it are just left with nothing. Now, at least they'll have had a chance to make at least a decent start for themselves AND incentive to stay the extra year that helps get them drafted.

Lmao the sunshine pumpers absolutely jump down your throat on here the moment you casually mention anything you’d like to see as a fan. (This is a discussion board, correct?)

It seems like our offensive recruiting is on fire… just wish we’d see some of the same traction with D recruits as well. All we’re hearing about is WRs 😂
why wish when you can read?

This is something I completely overlooked and I think will have a big impact on those tweener players

You have a point but this thread is about an elite offensive player. It's not a general recruiting thread.

Many more kids will stay in school. The truly elite may leave early. But unlike what a few on here will tell you on here, there are many athletes that’s grades are important to them. Even if they come out early to be in a good position to come back and graduate. And now with the incentive to make even some money which will be the case with many, making the grades to stay in school will be even more important. Like Heupel said today when our players are disciplined outside of football there is a great chance it will carry over to football. This staff does a great job of selling the education side of things. It is still important to lots of players and parents alike. GBO
