We're in and it's great. I've been down once and going again next week. 4 hour drive is easy peasy.

T-Town, what's the best way to connect for a beer?

This place was a no brainer compared to other options.

Relatively new (2006), great HOA reputation and fees, great location and no upgrades needed. Very stable.

Now I'll be hurricane paranoid :eek:hmy:

Good call on the Surf Hut, went there last night and it was great. Better than pompano joes IMO. Gonna try rockin taco today for lunch.

Was down around Memorial Day and will probably be back in a couple weeks.

AJs is a good place to have a beer and some oysters/apps. Great view of the harbor.

At night it has bands and usually drunk people dancing. Sunday afternoon/evening appears to be geezer night on the dance floor - entertaining.

McGuires is good food but usually crazy crowded and it's dark inside.

If you are into wine the Wine World locations have good offerings and some good food to go along with it.
