He has denied full yardage penalties, too. That answer, if you're accurate in your quote, is not satisfying in the least.

This was inexcusable. Why he has the QB looking to the sideline for the play call in the two minute drill is beyond me. Just reinforces my belief that he is a micromanager who doesn't let his players make plays.
