Fortunately, the "negavols" are usually so far out in left field as to make it rather obvious that their opinions have no basis in reality. They twist and stretch information in great effort to support their agenda. They thrive on drama and seek to create it.

I just don't get why you guys continually do this. The thread had a chance of possibly making it for awhile without all the negavol/sunshine pumper bs getting stirred up again. Not a single blatantly negative thing had been posted until walkenvol, flvol69 and now you had to chime in with this negavol BS. Man you guys create more drama with this crap than any negavol.

Thread after thread started about Negavols and in almost every thread on this forum this same type of post is made time and again. You have to know that when you do this someone is gonna take offense and reply and then the thread goes to **** and is ruined.

Just give it a rest, your not accomplishing anything by doing this crap. Other than stirring the pot.

If anyone has earned an attack, you have. It is obvious that your intent is try and stir the pot and forgetting the facts of the status of our football program for the last 7-8 years. Go back to you our football program and direct their performance over those years. If is better than Tennessee's, be thankful that it was. If it isn't, sorry. When you ignore facts and trends in all aspects of our program, you can not claim to be a Tennessee fan. The other possibility is you are mentally ill.

The Over/Under was 5.5 wins - I remember because I wanted to bet on it but didn't have the confidence.

The 'experts' were generally saying 4-5 wins. Optimistic ones saying we tooth and nail to a bowl game.

There's no doubt in my mind there were some media members who said only 2 wins.

I don'r remember who predicted Tennessee to go 4 and 8, but they also said we could win only 2 games in 2014. How quickly those who want to bash our football program grasp for attention.

I was driving yesterday and for some reason was listing to the Sports Animal. Some guy named Ward,Josh I think, was attacking CBJ essentially calling him a liar about his statement. I was out for about 30 minutes and Ward kept his attack for the entire time I listened. Tank goodness I arrived home and could get on the computer to listen to music rather than 99.1 FM. The Sports Animal really sucks but the to guys who are on the air at noon are the worst I have ever hears. Why don't they get The Swamp Rat to replace them so we have an opportunity to listen to someone who at least know a little bit about football.

Actually, it is absolutely true. College football analyst on xm college sports were saying around 4 wins for UT. Bill King said around 4 wins and that he didn't see UT making it to a bowl this year. So, Butch didn't just make it up, those people were out there.

I have noticed there are a handful of regular posters here that rarely post about anything other than negavols. Everyone knows who they are including themselves.
