One of my best friends works at UT in a dept dealing with jerseys, clothing for teams etc. He said we are using black anymore.

Nike does have these 2 t-shirts out for sale...

I love tradition but we are not the ones on the field...it is something for the players...the ones giving their all each game if they want to rock something cool like that for a game so be it...the team will win or lose by their play on the field...if it gives them a mental edge so be it.

And take a look at every other Nike school, they have a variation of the same shirt. Dark up top, a team specific design on the bottom in team colors.

Did anyone watch the BJS and notice the very end? There was a close up of Jones' face as he applied black colored eye black and the words "coming sept. 24" came across the screen. Any way we come out with the black/grey jerseys for UF?

I think it is referring to a huge tribute to Pat Summitt. It was her signature "P" they wear on their helmets.

Well for all the traditionalist, nothing more traditional than Tennessee's original jersey color.
This was Tennessee before the flower power changed the color to Orange. Think it is time to bring back more of our History and tradition. I like it! Nice re addition to our wardrobe.
