Thanks for clearing it up. With us already wearing stickers with that logo, I didn't think it had any significance in the promo.

Again, it is a promotion for a fundraiser, not a "gimmick" or anything to do with our uniforms.

Second, our alternate is Smokey Grey. Black is no longer part of our color palette at UT and you won't see black uniforms in the rotation.

I understand that these "gimmicks" shouldnt affect how we play football. But these arent pro athletes, they are 18-22 year olds. As we saw last week mid game with Sheriron Jones, ANYTHING that pumps energy into the players is worth it.

Never underestimate energy and momentum with young players.

i'm all for it and think these uniforms will pump up our team even further. i think they wore solid black on halloween night against SC when Lame coached us and the uniforms seemed to have a positive effect as we thumped the gamecocks that night.

Don't care that it isn't really happening, I think the black ones that Chatt posted look a hell of a lot better than the smokey gray. But that's just me.
