Let's hope he is taking more of a CEO approach and making his coaches earn their paychecks while holding them accountable.

Indeed, the best head coaches let their coaches coach and delegate responsibility, Butch appears to have assembled a great coaching staff.

here's what i get from this. these kids aren't just making this stuff up when these questions are asked. they're hearing about it and talking about it the meeting roomes, locker rooms and during practice.

and they're regurgitating it now (a good thing). this is all warm fuzzy stuff, but siap, it has to start somewhere. at least we now know the goal is more than a 9 win season.:good!:lol:

All he did all day was look over their shoulders and take notes.
