The longer Currie lets this go, the closer the Dooley memories get.

I agree with above poster that said I've gotten to the point where I want Butch gone as bad as I did Dooley.

Dooley was worse. However, I can't forget that head-to-head, Dooley has a 1-0 record vs. Butch. That was always the thing that hung in the back of my mind when we hired Butch...

Comparing an offensive coordinator and a defensive coordinator is like comparing apples to oranges.

Dooley beat Butch because there were very few secondaries in the country that could cover Hunter and DaRick when they were healthy and focused.

Lol no it's not. It's a very simple question. Who is worse at the job they were hired to do, Scott or Sunseri? It's really not complicated.

It's kinda like choosing to smell two craps, green crap or brown crap.

But I'm going to Dools overall, changed my mind. Dools did not make me want to vomit when I heard him in interview like butch does.

I think Butch is now worse. The talent gap between us and Bama is greater today than it was 5 years ago.

Hard to tell, considering I truly believe that Dobbs was responsible for making Jones look like a decent coach last year and in ‘15. Nothing clicked under Jones until Dobbs took over.

Butch Jones is light years ahead of Dooley. CBJ is just not a long term SEC coach. I appreciate what he's done for the program but he needs to go now.

Last two seasons we were 9-4, finished ranked. We started the season ranked. We have a team full of talent. We suck right now sure because of Butch's coaching, and Butch deserves to get fired if he doesn't win 5 straight. However the TN program is respectable again after having to deal with the horrible Dooley era.

Dooley receives this honor....didn't sign one O-lineman in 2012 and got his a** kicked by UK. Hadn't lost to UK in over a quarter of a century.

This is ridiculous. Media and camera spokesman likability? You mean like "where's Rommel?", shower discipline, Malik Jackson has a tummy ache, orange pants...etc.. Playcalling? Dooley didn't call plays. Game day decisions? You mean like having 14 players on the field on the last play of a game?

He shouldn’t get a chance to coach another game period. We’ve seen enough of this horrible product on the field.
