The real problem is the strength and conditioning coordinator. I also think we need some position coaching positions that could be upgraded.

??? UT beat Florida. How's that helping? Too many drama Queens posting. UT lost against USCe. It sucks. LSU did not score when on the goal line. Get over it.

Jones was UTs fall back after Strong said no. Then Strong fails at Texas with all that talent. Before that UT strikes out getting Muschamp. Then Muschamp fails at Florida with all that talent. Before Dooley, Kiffin was UTs choice. Point is UT is not doing a good job picking coaches.

Best to stick with the coach that beat Florida and UGA in the same year.

Need to get an AD now though. May have Jones quit or to have plan next to year if wheels fall off.

I agree with the AD part -- whats the point of having Bama Dave sticking around til Feb -- pack his stuff now and get him out the door

Some of you are giving Miles way too much credit. He took a program Saban built, with a huge recruiting advanage, and managed to back into a 2-loss MNC in 2007. Since then he managed to completely blow the rematch against bammer in 2011 and just barely perform about as well as expected.

At no point in time has he ever exceeded expectations IMO.

And with that you have now jinxed Nebraska. Every time you all shout out for a coach - that team stumbles. They have Iowa (... you know the team that beat Michigan ...) at Iowa next week. They could end up 9-4 again with no improvement.

And they lost to Wisconsin so they won't even win their division unless Wisconsin loses to Minnesota and they beat Iowa - sound like a familiar situation?

A new coach is always given first year (year zero if you're butch) to establish themselves. However, he's gonna go from 5 regular season wins to 11 in one year. Butch can't say that!!

He didn't have Saban's team in 2007. Saban was 3 years removed from LSU. There were few Seniors on that team Saban recruited.

Riley has done a nice job this year but look at their schedule. It's not remotely comparable to an SEC schedule. Plus they're 0-2 against the top 25 and one of those losses was by 59 points.

2014: 9-4, 5-3

Tennessee (6 years prior to CBJ taking over - yes this is painful to look at)

2007: 10-4, 6-2
2008: 5-7, 3-5
2009: 7-6, 4-4
2010: 6-7, 3-5
2011: 5-7, 1-7
2013: 5-7, 1-7
