Oklahoma can be put on coaching but these past 3 loses all on players. Give it time we will be where we need to be soon. Just shut up and support the vols or go change your team like every other fake fan.

FWIW, I've heard from a reliable source at Krystal's that, in the locker room after the game, Butch and Azzani each traded a blow. Job is becoming overly stimulating for the staff on the whole.

Why? It's over and done with! If you have real info, you could either confirm or disprove what has been stated on here. If you don't have real info, then you can't!

It was widely reported on VN that J. Bruce left the program after a confrontation in the locker room stemming from disrespect to upper classmen and stepping on the power T. The specifics about those involved, was wrongly reported. I am curious if he knows what really happened.

Oh. Ok. I remember that.

I remember that who was originally thought to have provided a correction to the player for disrespecting the T was reported wrong.

I tried to convince people then, but it fell on deaf ears. It goes to show that a lot of what is reported and repeated as fact is actually rumor.

I'm sure vol24/7/365 is trying to dig up old threads as I type. It's not a dig at him; I just can't stand attempts to discredit people, (players, Butch, fans, etc), base on BS rumors.

We have enough issues without creating or stirring up more crap!

Except what he says is probably true. This is how it usually goes. Someone posts information, nobody wants to believe it and, lo and behold, they were right all the time. Same crap happened with Dooley. There were rumors coming out by the bushel, those people were mocked or attacked for not being good fans or whatever, then Dooley was exposed.

I can tell you this. I have heard very 3rd person type rumors for a while here in the Nashville area. I have no idea why people couldn't see Jones as the fraud huckster he is from the beginning, but, hopefully, that will sort itself out very soon and we can get back to winning again.

I don't dig for anything. To me that was not a big deal with the T and players. He was pissed. Those things happen all the time. What I was referring to had to do with a professor!

If Jones does make staff changes at the end of the season do you think he would be willing to hire an oc that runs a different system or just somebody else that would run his offense?

Kiffin Ran off more players in 1 year than any coach in Tennessee history. But he was the best coach ever according to some

Not a big deal? Happens all the time?

It lead to someone leaving the program, nearly pressing charges, and his mother stating that CBJ was racist against local black kids!

If Butch Jones assaulted a player, he needs to be fired FOR CAUSE immediately with no buyout. Tell him and his lawyers to pound sand, and defend against any frivolous lawsuit that they may bring. Then pay the money necessary to bring in a real coach that is a proven winner rather than attempting another budget hire! But we all know that Bama Dave won't do any of this. Hell if Butch somehow manages to go 6-6 he'll probably give him another raise and extension.

No. We weren't. There were a handful of people on here who had way too high expectations for this team. If you look back, you'll see that most experts and a number of people on this site said this team will win 7 or 8 games. Which is still a very achievable goal. If you want to stop going to the games, then that's fine. Sell your tickets. But that accomplishes nothing and it's not fair to the players.
