Looks like he's in deep thought. Probably coming up with more catchy slogans to feed the team and fanbase.
Or, he's thinking about that golden parachute Hart gave him.

It really sucks for Butch. I really do wish he could turn it around. The thing about Butch, is he wanted the TN job even though it was a dumpster fire. I really believe that his passion for TN is real. He's just not ready to be a SEC head coach right now.

The problem with Butch is, he's a great recruiter, but he can't get it together on game day. If he would hire a great OC/DC he'd be fine. They'd cover his weakness. He doesn't have that, and it shows.

I'm not a football genius but I think you are spot on. Problem is I like Butch and what he has done up until this season. This sack of garbage we've watched this year is unacceptable.

If I were a reporter who had guts...unlike these patsy lamers who ask these softball questions to him every press conference i'd ask him:

Q: "Coach..it's been 3 years now. Can u make a case that things are better now than they were when you took over, and what do u say to those who look at the record...especially vs the SEC and ranked teams and say things are no better than they were under Derek Dooley"?

A: "Well, I think that brick by brick and...you know character and stuff and you know....uhhhh resilience and all that....and keep on grinding and you know that's really all you can do".

Q: "Thanks Coach".

The talent we have on this team (and it showed tonight with our missed tackles on defense and poor execution on offense) we should have been blown out by Florida and Oklahoma and lost to Bowling Green. I didn't think people could find a way to blame Butch this time, when it has mostly been our defense that has lost all the games for us all along. That was until I checked on good ole Vol Nation. I think I will be trying out the ignore button on here for a lot of people.

We haven't shown up after halftime since the Dooley days. Coach Analytics should have analyzed that fact and made a point to make some damn adjustments at halftime instead of coming out scared and exactly the same way we close out the first half.
