Personally, I feel we should all let the coaches coach. That is what they get paid for.

Your 2nd paragraph was why I didn't jump on the field goal against the Sooners last year. I posted that it's no guarantee to score every time and something bad could happen as well as something good. Coaches do make mistakes but I saw no problem there.
Go ahead and flame away.

Hurd was ran up the middle many times last year with great results. He also ran outside at times with great results. This thread starter was just wrong on so many levels, way to much nit picking. We ran the ball great and mixed different runs up well overall. Now if we can get the passing game on all cylinders, we will be BUTTER! GO BIG ORANGE!!!!

How much bigger will the play book be this year? I truly don't see how anyone in the country could have more weapons than us. It's insane

I think it would be a nice change of pace to get into an "I" formation and let him do his thing. Could you imagine him with a lead blocker and a full head of steam ?!?!

coaches would just overload the middle...plus he'd need a lead blocker anyway...sometimes yes, most times...no...gotta keep defense on their toes...:)

So all teams do that as a defense? Should feast with Wolf then. All the defenders in the middle, pass to the flat. :)
