Butch has "a chart"?!

The chart isn't a problem. It's there to prevent you from having to make a rushed decision and making the wrong choice. He doesn't have a standard chart telling him to do what he did. That's a lie.

Here's hoping Spurrier snuck in and switched the chart at half time. There isn't a chart anywhere that tells you to go for 1 when you're up 12.

Does the chart have a balanced game plan. 51 runs to 19 passes. The chart states that when leading by 2 scores run these 3 running plays. He needs a new chart.

If he needs a chart at this point, he doesn't need to be coaching!!

He needs a chart to get dressed in the morning. He isn't bright. That should be very obvious by now. This is what he has spent is life learning to do. He's dedicated himself to this one thing and he's this bad at it.

coaches like Bryant, Paterno, and Bowden didn't use it. Didn't need it. Jones can't read the situation....and defers to a chart that doesn't account for the fact that Florida wasn't gong to score quickly....

Yes they did need it and use it. Every coach does

I do not believe for a second that he has a chart with his dumb decisions on it.

I don't understand this philosophy. I can understand refusing the penalty when you are already in second and long. The penalty would give (assuming it is not a 15 yarder) would give the an extra play to make it. For example 3rd and 19 is better than second and 24. But The ones against FLA & OK made no sense. If

I think the staff should have "opposite days" every gameday for the rest of the season. Whatever call or in game decision they feel inclined to make, just do the opposite.
It'll work, I tell ya!
