It's after 7 central and he's still the coach. Currie and the administration is probably working late into the night to secure a good pay raise and a contract extension.:rolleyes:

Seem's every SEC East school is likely happy to see, I mean, respectful of/to what's going on at Tenn (i.e. Currie's retaining Jones week after week).

We got idiots on here pushing for Austin Peay’s Head Coach. Whoever we end up with, no matter how bottom of the barrel they are will surprise me.

Got this from a press box credentialed journalist (not UT mouthpiece) who heard it from within AD. No reason to think this is anything but sold information.

Maybe they accelerated things after McElwain was fired and UF began their coaching search. Maybe they didn't want to fire a guy on his day off (Currie had been seen deep in thought lately, stating to anyone who will listen that what happened to Craig in Friday was a tragedy).

But please feel free to do what Volnation do and call me dumb or a liar. It will make me sad but I forgive you in advance.
