I'm sorry for the post that was up before. I work a lot and had not read every thing in the post before I wrote. I jumped on the pc this morning to see who was going and were they would be. I thought the bus was full, should have read more and posted. Again to all I'm sorry it won't happen again.

I noticed a story or two about fake SECCG tickets. Apparently quite a few of them in recent years so everyone be careful about that. Would totally suck to get there and not get in or have to pay twice. If you buy on Ebay, make sure its from someone with tons of feedback and membership for more than a few months.

You are clearly advertising for this company and your spam is not welcome in a thread where WE are trying to get enough for US to travel together. FOr 40 bucks both ways and the cost of a ticket at face value you can save about 130 bucks by going on our trip. Thanks for the invite but you can take your world travel commercial elsewhere, like a pay site.

I bought tickets to the Knicks game about 4 years ago on the street in front of MSG and they were fake. I was like thats awesome...:cray:

That's why one should never buy tickets on eBay. Buy them at the site and you can ensure their authenticity.

That's best, to be sure. But if you buy from someone that has been selling on Ebay for three years and they have a couple of hundred positive feedbacks, its unlikely that the seller is going to defraud you. There's risk, to be sure, but I bought and sold tickets on Ebay before and if you are reasonably careful it shouldn't be a problem. One other hint on that is that you can look at prior feedback comments and if you see a string of them where the buyer says that the tickets were good or as advertised, then that's a good sign.

Moot point anyway unless you buy today, really. Otherwise no time to get them sent to you.

Let's get an updated headcount of who is still interested. I really cannot believe we can't get more interest in this. It's a great way to get to the game and I can't imagine any other way being cheaper.

Here is all that I have so far:

1. Volfreak +2 guests
2. Larkin
3. Patrick
4. hatvol
5. Bigdaddy +3 guests

That is only 10 people and we need at least double that to make it work. I have about 30 people who have given me a "maybe" but we need commitments at this point.

Sorry. Can't do it Freak. It really sounds like a lot of fun and would love to meet some fellow Vol Nationals, but I have decided to stay overnight in Atlanta. So count me out.

i would absolutely love to be on that bus but the football team that my son plays for and i coach is having it's banquet earlier in the day. i scheduled it while doubting the vols would in the game.:banghead2:

I don't know why? Many like myself will be flying in and staying over on Saturday night. I don't think this is in any way shape or form an indication of support for the team or interest in the game. UT will sell their tickets to this game. And will most likely get a share of LSU tickets as well. The Ga Dome will be very ORANGE.

Hey freak, you could always advertise this on VQ. I'm sure that there are people over there that would do it. The people over there are just a bit nuttier though.

How many more do you guys need to make it happen? I have not been a member here long, but I have been a Volfan all my life and would defiantely consider this if I can talk my friend into going.

If you two are in, it would definitely help. Right now we've got (hopefully) 12 people commited and 4 maybe's plus you and your buddy. The bus is $1200 and will be divided out based on how many we can get. Right now it looks like worst case would be $100 a person. The bus seats up to 56 so we have plenty of room.

Drop dead date is tonight.
