I don't know which is worse, having to listen to BK blow sunshine at Vanderbilt, or sit and watch it on (steaming) cable and have the video running 9 to 15 seconds out of sync with the audio. It's just a miserable day.

Its best to watch it muted. Thats what i do.

He is terrible. He is the only announcer where a couple yards or falling forward for a rb equals 6-7 yard games and a deep out is about a 7 yard pass

Ok, I for one am sick of the grief UT fans give Bob K. Either grab the mike and let's hear you attempt to try to call a game or do us all a favor and just STHeckUP. You sniffling little whiners that complain about everything. The man makes mistakes, but let's see your palms, feet, and side..... I for one want to see your perfect scars! I'm so sick of people always tearing down others who for the most part can't carry their personal items. GROW UP. Complain about something that matters instead of tearing down a man that's doing something you could only dream of. How many mistakes do you make in your job/life? The truth is that Kesling never should have gotten that position. He was in the right place at the right time and connected to the right people. There were others who were better and more qualified, such as Mike Keith. I'm sure Kesling is a good person, but his broadcasting ability is amazingly amateur and quite below the standards of big time college football teams. I've made mistakes in my life as well, but mistakes in my profession are not allowed. Sorry if someone hit a nerve there, but Bob is very difficult to listen to on-air.

Internet forums are inherently negative and usually a place for venting... especially after an embarrassing defeat, but come on... You should be able to understand why Bob Kesling has never endeared himself to Tennessee fans the way that his predecessor did. He has a very bland delivery and he doesn't paint a picture of the action. He is a radio play by play announcer calling the game as though his audience is also watching along on television. He is even worse calling basketball than he is football. That is not whining... it's 20 years of listening experience.

All the other SEC teams have guys that are clear homers announcing their games. That's the way it should be. It's a UT broadcast...they should be openly pulling for UT. Bob seems almost indifferent most of the time when the Vols make a positive play, and we've all heard him get excited when the opponent makes a big play. It's absolute BS.
