We all know CLK made some accusations yesterday and got everyone in an uproar. Everyone not Tennessee plus some of Volnation are saying how stupid this guy is for saying what he said because he hasn't done anything yet and that he should cool it. Those people feel that CLK's comments are gonna be bulletinboard material for this years games against us and that maybe the case.

But realize that those same people are making the same bulletinboard material for us. They are saying how now all those teams, mainly Florida and Bama, are gonna thump us even harder and that we are still gonna be an irrelevant factor in the SEC. Our new staff will use this backlash as fuel all season long. Our players from here on out will be reminded day after day after day how Florida and Bama think we are trash and our team is weak. I have no delusions of the fact that we are still not as deep in talent as those ther teams, but you can bet the team this year is gonna be fired up. They are not gonna just say it but I feel they will back it up.

I can't predict the number of wins we will have but I am saying this, SEC watch out. Our boys are gonna hit you and then hit you some more. Keep thinking we are gonna suck next year because when the game is close, and we are in the 4th quarter , we are gonna keep knocking you in the mouth. We will see how you respond then...

GO VOLS!!!

Bulletin Board material is the most oversold figment of the modern press' imagination out there. It might matter to some tiny degree, but it's generally garbage and good coaches don't need it.

What about pride? We should have plenty of that to play for after the past 2 years.

With the players physical training going on now.Plus this influx of mental conditioning.This is going to be one tough team.With the Presumed targets on their backs
and 6 more months to prepare.If anyone wins a game against us I can honestly say,they will have had to have EARNED IT.

True good coaches don't need it, but they do use it.

What is Alabama going to use as bulletin board material, UT stole some of our recruits and our best RC, same with LSU, who is that going to motivate. Florida might post something but who cares. I guarantee you our guys are eating this up right now and can't wait to play in the swamp. We should have the most to be excited about.

Good thing I like is Lane is bring the weight training practice to UT that They have out at USC which is just insane...Our guys should be bigger, Stronger and hopefully with a mean streak.
