Was Singletary talking about Lofton today? because if all this is true, they should have their scouting pretty much done.

BTW Pearl said LBS ran the same offense as Memphis. That said Pearl probably spent less time scouting LBS and more on UVA.

Actually Pearl has maintained on record with 3 different media sources that he had seen only 1 UVA game while scouting.

I just read some more quotes from Mr. Singletary...

"They got 121 because there wasn't any resistance at all," sniffed guard Sean Singletary. "Tomorrow is going to be a different story. There's going to be resistance."

and his thoughts on how the game will go...

"We're not really concerned because we play defense and it's not going to be a shootout," Singletary said, with an edge to his voice.

maybe I'm overreacting, but when I read those, along with the ones in the beginning of this thread, it ticked me off. He just sounds like a smug little punk. I hope he gets manhandled tomorrow.

and just to compare how UT is talking...here is the only player quote i saw in the article...

"We know we're not going to score 121 points tomorrow," Tennessee guard Chris Lofton said. "We've got to come in with the same attitude of pushing the pace and trying to get open looks."

Just interesting how different the 2 sides seem to be...

I think Virginia is kinda scared because they were a 4 seed and won by 24 against a 13 seed. And we were a 5 seed and won by like 40 against a 12 seed. I hope Tennessee plays there best game of the year today!

Thank the lord my chuch is about 3 miles from my house. And the awesome thing is my pastor is a University of Tennessee alumni and he will cut the sermon short.:dance2:
