I can not take credit for "The just swept under the rug trick" it was dealt with by the commercial appeal when Taggert was at 201 and Dorsey who started the fight was not.

I may be wrong regarding Wingate but since my sources are questioned I'll question yours. There is a university policy regarding drug testing hence Mike Hamilton making the decision for the football team this fall.

Yeah, police reports are accurate. That's why they are allowed to be entered under the Rules Of Evidence. Oh, that's right. They're not. Generally because the quality of their contents are along the lines of something scribbled on a bathroom wall.

Thats right the police reports were made up.

The witnesses lied.

That was just a guy that looked like me.

I heard several of these excuses while at court today.

But I deal with rumors and half truths. I am just a homer. I should remember that you are friends with wes and you need Dorsey to win a championship. Keep your camera phones ready so you can send those picture to Cal.

look you asked me to provide sources I stopped at three. However, there were others. You have attacked UT and defended Memphis in at least two current threads. To me it looks like you are a memphis fan. If I'm wrong I'll live with it.

I have already stated tghat I might be wrong regarding Major Wingate. However, I would like to see your sources since you have called me out on my sources. You are a Guru.

P.S. there is not a source on this site that is admissable in court.

No, we'll call it Hat is usually spot on. I've said many times I don't agree with what he says on PM and CPF, but they guy knows his stuff, and I am incredibly curious at actually "who" he is.

I'm not saying vestvol is wrong or Hat is right, I'm just saying noone has any reason to think Hat is lying.

hat and I have had a lot of differences on this site, but I can tell you that his comment is absolutely reasonable. In other words, you laugh out of total ignorance. I hear that's bliss. Maybe your onto something.

I do not know who hatvol is and frankly do not care. However, to suggest that what Wingate was guilty of is equal to what Joey has done is laughable.

To say that the cops are lying is laughable.
To say that the witness are lying is laughable homerisms.

I know people in the A.D. departments as well. I'll ask and if I'm wrong I'll admit it but his track record on this post has left quite a bit to be desired.

I do not know how many test Wingate failed it was more than one but the dismissal was not a have to dismissal.

When Pearl dismissed Wingate he stated that a lacks culture had developed in the program and that the incident had to be dealt with in order to set and example in the program,
