I really liked Trooper Taylor's compassion and energy. I think the players really like playing for him. However, I wouldn't get rid of Gillespie. I think Trooper has coached receivers as well. Either way, just getting him back on the staff would a positive add.

Edit: Should have mentioned that I would really like to Fulmer back with the O-line. The late 80's and early 90's online he put on the field where second to none.

Don't want Trooper especially after he had former Vol WR Gerald Jones tell recruits to look elsewhere. He is slime and Fulmer was smart not to promote him to OC.

Good reminder. I knew he left some bad blood but, couldn't remember what it was. Ok. I'll stick with Fulmer as OL coach. We know without a doubt he bleeds Orange.

So did Kiffin but as an OC and QB Coach there aren't many better. Helfrich may just be better as an OC than a HC..It happens..Norm Chow was another one.

DC Shoop- I'd give him a chance to bring in his own guys.

I think those are the most important areas that need to be addressed. We need a dynamic OC and the best Oline coach that Tennessee can hire. Alabama is the best team bc they not only have the best and highest paid head coach (outside of Harbaugh's insane contract) but they also have the highest paid assistants in college footballl as well.
