Now that the season is over.
I want to thank Butch and team 117.
It was a tough scenario to be thrown into and a brutal schedule. I wish the seniors the best.
Now.... To business.
The grind begins now.
Let's rein in this recruiting class and hopefully continue to augment it.
Let's get the team 118 fit and strong and ready for battle.
Let's get everyone coached up as much as possible.
All of us at volnation I am sure are sitting on the edge of our seats ready to see what the next season brings.
Best of luck and be safe over the offseason.
Build that wall Butch... The volnation is hungry!

Butch know what he is doing. About 20 of the recruiting class this year is on defense. And they have more speed than what Dooley recruited. There was a reason Tennessee has not been getting top recruits in here for the last few years. (Dooley kids did not want to play for him) Butch had to smooth that relationship over with high school coaches that Dooley had messed up. Butch will get us back on top again. You will see. I mean we have the number 2 recruiting class in the nation and we haven't even been winning, That tell you a lot about our coach. Go Vols.

Never can I remember an offseason so critical for UT football.
This is the opportunity for Butch and the "best staff in America" to prove their metal.
The challenges being addressed in the next 9 months to reconstruct and shape the future for UT football will put the coaching staffs' skills on display front and center.
What we see on the field next season will be a representation of what this staff brings to the table.
I know we must keep our expectations realistic and that the task at hand will not be reversed in a single season.
The gauntlet has been thrown on college football's biggest stage... being the SEC.
It will be exciting to see what the coaching staff can build in this first year.
Good luck gentleman!
