Build-A-Team

That's funny, Lebron had a better FG and 3pt % this year. Oh and ya, who would wanna be the 4 time MVP when you can have the scoring title

He needs to work harder though if Lebron wants to get up to deandre Jordan's fg%

I just love that fact.

In that scenario give me tony Parker. My team is a matchup nightmare. Gasol at the high post forces Hibbert away from basket and Gasol can guard Hibbert at other end. I think Alridge is overrated so Love is advantage me. No way Durant can guard LeBron or Curry so he is left on an island. No way harden can guard Parker.

If Gasol can guard Hibbert, Hibbert can guard Gasol. And Hibbert isn't that easy to guard. He mostly uses a hook shot which the only way to alter is to actually make contact with him to throw him off balance. Jumping up to defend it won't actually do anything. And Bosh couldn't draw him away from the basket in the ECF, not enough to make a difference anyways.

Durant can't guard Lebron? Nobody can guard Durant either. He can shoot over anyone with a hand in his face and stop n pop which leaves him unguarded. The guy was the scoring champion 3 years in a row coming into this season.

I think Harden could guard Parker but if he couldn't, imagine Parker trying to guard Harden.

And I think you have Aldridge and Love confused. Aldridge carries bad teams to the playoffs as the go to guy while Kevin Love can't even get his team to .500. When Love is injured, the T'wolves winning percentage barely drops.

You say all of your guys are unguardable but I have 3 guys that combined to average 75.5 points on 47.8% from the field this season. And if you want to say Durant can't guard Lebron or Curry, then who exactly is going to guard George if Lebron is on Durant? Paul George is 6'9 and can shoot 3's. Steph Curry couldn't even alter his shot if he wanted to. I'd have to say though that Durant could guard Lebron as well as most in the NBA. So at the very least, Lebron wouldn't do anything more than he normally does.

I see no reason the team I have listed would have any less chance of winning than your roster. They're taller, a better rebounding team and I'd say a better defensive team. Curry and Love are liabilities on defense imo.

Darko was the worst pick ever. Not much distance between 1st pick and 3rd

Correction...

Sam Bowie was the worst pick ever.

Dude was 7'1 and averaged 10.9 points on 45.2% and 7.5 rebounds. I don't know what's worse for someone that big. 45.2% or 7.5 rebounds

1 Akeem Olajuwon Houston
2 Sam Bowie Kentucky
3 Michael Jordan
4 Sam Perkins
5 Charles Barkley
6 Mel Turpin
7 Alvin Robertson
8 Lancaster Gordon
9 Otis Thorpe
10 Leon Wood
11 Kevin Willis
12 Tim McCormick
13 Jay Humphries
14 Michael Cage
15 Terence Stansbury
16 John Stockton

Milicic (7'0") averaged 6.0 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 1.3 bpg on .460% in his illustrious career

I'd say that's worse

Didn't say he was a worse player. I said he was a worse pick and he is if you ask me.

Bowie was chosen before 3 hall of famers.

And not just 3 hall of famers but the greatest player of all-time.

Drafting Sam Bowie #2 over Michael Jordan, John Stockton and Charles Barkley is worse than drafting Darko Millicic #2 over Melo, Bosh and Wade.

Obviously if they knew those 3 would be HOFers I'm sure they'd have drafted differently. So for ME, that arguement is useless

Then I don't know what your argument is lol

We're talking about which was the worst pick and it's clearly Bowie.

Bosh and Wade couldn't even win a championship together in their first year and may not even win a championship this year.

People are saying Darko is the worst pick ever because they take into account Wade, Bosh and Melo were drafted after. By your logic, nobody knew for certain they'd be as great as they are just like any other draft pick. So you'd have to say he's a worse pick based on his own merit as a player while excluding who was drafted after the fact. And clearly, one of the reasons people say he's a bad draft pick is because of who was taken after him.

It's not clearly Bowie is my point. People aren't saying it's Darko based just on who was drafted after. It's also about stats.

And now that I think about it, Hasheem Thabeet is probably an even worse pick.

BTW, Jordan didn't win squat until he got good players around him. And remind me how many rings Stockton and Barkley have?

1. Michael Olowokandi
2. Mike Bibby
3. Raef LaFrentz
4. Antawn Jamison
5. Vince Carter
6. Robert Traylor
7. Jason Williams
8. Larry Hughes
9. Dirk Nowitzki
10. Paul Pierce
11. Bonzi Wells

Kandi Man - 8.3pts 6.8rebs on 43.5%

Drafted before Dirk, Vinsanity, Pierce and Jamison lol
