Budding Star and 2 unsung heroes

Boo Carter
- 34 Tackles 1 INT 1 SACK
And he’s emerging as a dangerous Punt Returner. This kid is awesome!

Also Jalen Smith and Christian Charles are SOLID depth.
Smith - 35 tackles
Charles - 28 tackles
Very fortunate to have these 3 guys

I’m not sure Smith shouldn’t be starting over Telander. He’s gotten better each week.

Still waiting on Heup to turn him loose for a fake one of these days. Word is that he has quite the arm.
I thought a fake was coming at one point against UTEP. Seems I heard his 40 time is really fast too.

Always fun to punk little brother. I bet we see a fake against Vandy. 😂

Boo needs to be featured on offense for a few plays a game next year. He is just too dangerous with the ball in his hands. You have to use a weapon like that. He can be a legit 2 way player.

Boo certainly gets his praise. Deservedly so. Our depth pieces absolutely have been unsung heroes throughout this season. Can't forget Jayson Jenkins either... dude makes a play every snap he gets out there... next year he could be an all sec player once it's his turn to start

Jenkins, Smith, Charles, Eason, Lewis, Ross at punter.

All those guys are putting it on the line

I would say no, because
1) his lack of getting the football makes him hungry on PR.

2) We have some talented WRs and RBs that aren’t getting touches because of seniority and …other stuff ( don’t be negative LV)

Even though Boo is probably good enough to start at slot, he’s playing extremely in his already substantial role

Fair, everyone is entitled to their opinion but to me he is just way to explosive and special with the ball in his hands to not use him for atleast a few plays a game on offense. I get not doing it his freshman year but the offense had gone stagnant multiple times this year and could use a spark which Boo can provide if you find a way to get him touches on a screen or something

Boo and Smith have been my favorite players to watch. I loooove a player that can talk a lot of trash and back it up. He reminds me of the honey badger lol

Heup known as a QB coach; but the way we just keep reloading at RB is simply mind boggling
Jaylen Wright & Dylan Sampson got significant playing time as true freshman while developing into studs. It looks as if Peyton Lewis could be on a similar trajectory.

Stealing Dylan Sampson out from under LSU was a win. He'll be a day 2 draft pick.

Jabari Small was an inherited 3* that got great development. He's on the Titans practice squad.

DeShaun Bishop is showing great promise.
Cam Seldon looks like he is finally getting to 100% health. He looked the best he's been yesterday.

The future looks bright.
