Whoops lol my bad. Yeah that’s ridiculous according to someone who posted a partial portion of what the police report said they charged him with DA because of possible fear of bodily harm to his GF. Which btw if she says she wasn’t in fear or that she doesn’t want to press charges, won’t stick.

It amazes me how many of you will defend his behavior like it's nothing but would be calling for every other school to kick him out. With that many people hearing him and with him vandalizing the property he obviously has an anger issue. He needs to get help or get out. If he made a comment to shoot up the university then he needs to be gone... NOW

If I had a nickel for every time I heard someone say, “I’m gonna slap the **** out of you...”.

Pretty positive that’s not assault unless his hand was drawn back. Even then, with no record, it’s easily easily taken care of with a good lawyer. VERY EASILY.

In true Volnation fashion this is blown way out of proportion.

Honestly, this needs to be investigated, BT needs to sit down and talk with someone, or several people, let's find out where his head is and get things right for his sake, whether he plays football again or not is not the big issue, this needs to be dealt with for his safety and the safety of those around him so that he can get back on the right track and put this behind him, then we'll talk about football.

Put aside the slap quote (which if true, should be kicked off the team) . Multiple people hearing him threaten to shoot up the school. If that last part was said he should be kicked of the team, now, and charged with additional crimes.
I don’t care if he was drunk or had a bad day, him saying that is straight ********. Anyone who defends him on that is full of crap as well. That is a massive issue. That’s just embarrassing for him, the team, and the university on so many levels.

JJ Holloman was kicked off the team after his first arrest and hasn’t/isn’t being charged. She came forward a year later but not to press charges (he broke up with her). DV (of any sort) is a big no-no, even for the NFL. Doing/selling cocaine gets you 4 games, DV gets you out of the league. Never put your hands on a woman.

That said, he didn’t actually lay hands on her, did he? Big difference in hitting a woman and telling her that she’s fat. I can’t see kicking him off for an argument.

Now, I’m sure the University will have issue with destruction of property and bigger issue with the shooting up the school part.

What this does is put him on thin ice however if he disputes the shooting part. If he doesn’t, and admits to saying it, he may be kicked out by the University, they would a normal student. No one on here would want a guy still on campus threatening to do a school shooting if your child was on campus, IF he said it.
