Bryce Brown will wear #....

Doesn't matter what he wears. You won't see it anyway. It'll be covered by offensive and defensive lineman in a big pile a yard or two behind the line of scrimmage.

During BB's radio interview with Kevin Scott, he was asked about his jersey number. He said he really didn't know, but possibly #11.

If you read back, a long ways. I said that an Adidas sales rep said that it would be #11. Take it for what its worth

I just noticed Montori Hughes has picked up # 93. I started sporting it for the X-man here long ago, but didn't want to claim who had been wearing it.

By the way, did the backup kicker who had #93 get booted or quit? Or, did my new beast just take it off his back?

see I agreed with you on the first part, but not so much on the second part. I do agree that you won't be able to see it, but not because the dline will be piled on him, but because he'll be running down the field so fast on Alabama's defense that his number will fly off.

See, and I thought he wouldn't be able to read the number because he's an Alabama fan and can only count to 7. (The number of teeth that he believes to be in his mouth by way of tongue counting, of course...)

I heard that BB wanted 18?

I'm willing to bet that Brown doesn't gain 100 yards on the ground. In fact, I doubt the rushing total for the Vol rushers will be over 150 yards. The Defense is returning nine starters and the two positions that were lost have been filled. Robby Green looks to be replacing RJ well in the Backfield.

It goes without saying that Mr. Brown will already have been introduced to SEC defenses way before the Lane Train makes a stop in T-Town. Don't worry, I'm sure Hightower, McClain and Co. will welcome him also.

I hadn't heard about that. Seems like we could use him on either side of the ball. What's up with him?

i dont have any information about it or reason to believe that he will be leaving, but he is one of those guys that seems to always be on the coach's bad side.(im not going to use the phrase dog house)

The vols won't rush for 150 yards? Wanna bet $150 on that?
