Maybe this is the "bore" vol4life was speaking of.

Bore: A person who is not considered interesting, such as a fuddy-duddy.

Coach Dooley: Brown? Brown? Brown?

Bray:Um, he's gone. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Bryce Brown pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Coach Dooley: Thank you, Tyler.

Bray: No problem whatsoever.

Head injuries???? People who know have posted about his hip over and over
I freaking referenced Josh McNeil

Don't make light of injuries to others, Karma is truly a beetch. The boy has a persistent hip pointer. He also had at least two concussions last session. As to whether this explains his conduct, I don't know but for a football player both injuries aren't something you pooh pooh.

Maybe you should shut up and wait like the rest of us because no one here really knows what's going on. But it must be something unique for CDD to leave the door open and not make a federal case out of it even after all this time. Shutting up and letting the man hired to handle such things is a good plan. Try it.

I detest this Bryce Brown circus as much as any of you. I detest just as much the rush to judgment. If BB did what you wanted of him when he isn't fully healed and ended up a gimp or brain damaged as a result. Would you be doing anything meaningful for him? Pay lifetime medical care, provide income he could no longer earn on any level? NO. Maybe throw a thanks for giving your all to the Vols and that'd be it. Again, neither I nor you know what's really going on with him. Until we do, judgment should be reserved. If CDD isn't raising heck about it, he must have a reason, again, unknown to us at this time.

I agree with other posters that IF indeed there was a possibilty he comes back, we would know by now. Have we ever actually been told that he would make an announcement with intentions to stay or go? To me, when it was announced that he was leaving the team, that was the answer to our questions. I agree that we need him, however Poole et all will do a good job.

I will have to go look, but I think someone posted that have officially taken him off the roster... I think that would pretty much tell the story... Again I haven't looked, I just thought someone said it..

You may not have time to read it all but I was responding to those calling him lazy and lebron like. I have been saying for months that his hip is a serious problem and excuses his missing practice. I am praying for his health and I am angry that people keep ripping him without knowing what's happening.

If he decides to come back, will his hip be 100%?

Goo question about his hip..I was wondering the same thing...I'm actaully more worried bout his head (that didn't sound right)... What I mean is that I am worried about getting hit if he had 2 concusions last year.. I am not a medical expert, but I have always heard that it is easier to get another one once you have had 2 or 3....

Then I stand, I mean sit corrected. :vava:

Bryce Brown left the program. Any circus has been purely the work of obsessive fans such as us. If no one cared, there would be no circus, so don't blame him.

Hopefully, some type of announcement comes down this week from Brown's camp---UT needs to know so they can make contingency plans at RB.

running back plans are in place. the only change is if Brown returns he starts out behind Neal and will have to work his way up.

there is nothing else for them to plan.

I would have to assume it would be Poole as well. He has been at practice from day 1, and that alone puts him way ahead of Brown.
