He has two weeks left to submit his transcripts if he wants to enroll for the first semester of the '10-'11 school year at a school other than Tennessee, at this point he has not contacted Tennessee about a release or getting his transcripts.

This situation doesn't bode well for BB at all. I mean is he even been working out this whole time he has been out? If not he will be way out of shape to play for anybody (meaning immediate playing time). i think him prolonging his decisions he is messing up his whole career. You only have a very short time span to make it into the NFL. Plus if he transfers to another school he will still have compete for playing time.

Steel sharpens steel. if he's going to K-State which is the college version of Wichita,KS high school he might get the starting job easily. but competing and playing in the toughest conference in the nation will work out better for him in the long run. it was a poor decision for him to sit out for months without participating in practices.

Interesting. Do you have knowledge that he hasn't contacted TN about a release or about getting transcrpits?

Brown and his dad are still evaluating the UT coaching situation and playing time options before he makes a final decision.

Well someone needs to explain to him that you do not get playing time sitting out an entire year if you transfer....Brown is a very selfish player and he has that all about me me me attitude...At this rate he is going to ruin his career by acting this way...At this point I don't care what he does, But if he is going to act like this around the team I'd rather him not even be involved with UT...We don't need poison in the locker room, We need unity.

I think he is just waiting it out as long as he can, and at the end of this period he will return to UT. Call me crazy, but I think if he wanted to go to K-State he would have went.

If playing time is the issue he shouldn't be worried about not getting any this season.

i agree.. if he is here he's gonna play. no question. him and tauren poole will split time. Along with a splash of david oku.. and it will be great :)

I think he is gone, if we dont hear any thing in the next couple of days then i think the odd's of him coming back go up.

he has been home in Kansas for the last month. As each day passes and he is there, less likely he ends up here.. my guess is junior college or he gives up football entirely. I think health is a concern.
