If he comes back he'll almost assuredly redshirt this season. He'd likely to be the first to admit he's nowhere near to being in playing shape.

You might be right, but I'm not so sure. Unless he is completely out of shape I can't see him not getting back to where he needs to be after going through summer camp and several weeks into the season. I think he starts last on the depth chart and if he never show's enough to beat out the other guys he might RS, but I don't think it will be just because he can't get back in to shape. JMO.

Bryce has probably been working out on his own. He'll be in shape if he decides to come back to UT in the fall.

I just get the feeling that if the delay is just about Bryce dragging his feet then Dooley would have cut him loose a while back. If CDD can sell pops in this meeting then bb will be back; how much pt he gets is another matter

don't see him redshirting - more like starting by Fl. game. I like Poole but feel BB is far better back. There is the problem, Poole has worked hard, but does not the coach need to do what helps the whole team win, hope Poole and the others can handle that.

Does anybody else care either way? Personally I don't care either way if he wants to play for Tennessee great if not get over it and go on! Its not like we are hurting in the tailback position. I really think even if he does return he will be third on the depth chart behind Poole and Williams.
