I know there has been many-a-joke on here about the Brown Presser. In all seriousness I don't anticipate Dooley letting him have a presser if he does return. Technically he never transfered, his scholarship was never in jeopardy, he was never at risk of losing his eligibility so I could see Dooley telling a few reporters and then just going about his business. Of course I could be wrong, pure specualtion.

Your probably right that it would be CDD, but don't you think CDD would have a presser to let people know BB was staying at TN?

And also, for those that wanted this thread to die, see there is still more news! Brown may not end up at TN but its not over yet. . . .

So considering the source, does that translate into Brown will actually be in LA, and there may be a meeting between him and Kiffin regarding transfer to USC?

If its true I still don't know why CDD won't offer Arthur a scholly? We got plenty of room and would allow both brothers to play together and potentially appease the dad.

CDD would never let Brown do a Presser... Hes only a Sophomore... It would be different if it was Mark Ingram considering coming back for his senior year and giving one like Peyton did. But its Bryce Brown. He has yet to start a game in the NCAA. Yeah hes played and has racked up 400yrds, but he hasnt done anything to deserve a press conference.

Ugh. This guy frustrates me. But then again, none of us would complain if he came back and contributed. If he contributes, that means he earned it. Dooley won't give him anything, neither will his teammates. I want him back, but it's not like we aren't more than capable at RB right now.

Trip back to Knoxville to visit friends as been scheduled since early June. IMO, speculation by Jimmy on "possible meeting" with coaches. Could happen... but I'll be surprised if things change...
