Knox how do you know what this coaching staff will do? They have not coached one game yet and Special K record doesn't bold wheel for us. I hate all this pressure being put on this coaching staff. We have great recruiters for sure. Look at Coach O he is a great recruiter but sucked at Ole Miss as a Head Coach. Kiffin was awful in the Raiders situation they where simply pathetic

I may get bashed for optimism here.. but the raiders were horrendous personnel-wise. The product Kiffin put on the field exceeded the talent they actually had, imo

Will he run out of the "T" with the rest of the team or will he make the band wait for everyone else to clear and go by himself ? I want to see him tell any current Vol "They're not good enough to play with him" and see what happens to his nieve behind. That out of the way, I hope we sign him. With the staff that's in place, there won't be any players with "over the top" ego issues. He is a definate talent, don't get me wrong, but there are alot of playmakers on this football team. If we sign him...cool. If we don't...cool. With or without him, this team will be back. Quicker than most expect.

its been hard to read this thread when all you want if info on Brown and what you get instead is a bunch of posts about how oregon compares to UT, lol.

I personally thinks its a little hypocritical for his high school coach to call him selfish while at the same time throwing the kid under a bus for his teams inability to win more games.

I'd do it but I'm stuck in Atlanta. Worked well for Nu'keese and thanks to whomever painted it that night. You can put Brown on there as well as the rest of the names of the guys visiting. Finally, someone else take pictures and post them on VN, I'm very demanding.

Did anyone read the article about Brown that was posted when he said that....
"UT has some good ideas but he does not think they have the talent right now and he wants to be on the field were his teamates are just as good, so its harder on a defense to stop them."

Does this bother anyone else??
