Bryce Brown Announcement

What time does he officially announce? Espn just said he will announce @ 1 but the beginning of this thread said he will announce @ 2.

My source says the announcement will be creative, but that if you are a Vols fan, rest easy. He is a Vol. Also, don't be surprised to see BB catching passes at UT in addition to being a running back. Sort of Percy Harvin-like...and getting the "best" players on the field together, i.e., Creer/Hardesty and Oku/Willams as RB tandems...at times...w/Bryce in the slot or w/o either catching passes or running reverses or whatever it takes to get playmakers on the field and making plays.

Book it...I've never been wrong before! (Although I don't usually make predictions, either; just happen to know something on this one, and unfortunately, that's not the norm for me).

333? Is that you?

Has anybody seen that Rivals article on Bryce making his decision? Seems like he's already made it, and there sounds like a couple snippets that point favorably to the Vols. Anybody read this?

If it's old, sorry for pulling a Hyams.

BREAKING NEWS :Mark Mangino is pissed Brown isn't coming to Kansas and is going on a hunger strike till he changes his mind.

MORE BREAKING NEWS: He couldn't take it anymore and just ate half the Jayhawks basketball team. better adjust you're brackets accordingly..

I don't go on Facebook and don't know what 333 means. I was the only person who correctly posted when Bryce was in Knoxville last Friday. I should not have posted the car they were in...and it was not Arthur, Sr. with him, but a friend. Otherwise, I only post facts as I'm told them...and anyone can verify that I was right last week and after 2 PM today, that I'm right again.

You sir are just delusional and extremely Bias...and seem to be a pretty good indicator of the over all feeling of your fans/posters here... LSU sucks and stinks like Corn dogs, blah blah...childish comments
Please point out where I made a comment like that or said that LSU sucks. I have no real angst against LSU. I often find myself rooting for them.

LSU had no QB or DC last year...both of those things have been addressed and our talent level is as high as it's ever been at LSU...Miles enters his 5th season at LSU...Saban players are all gone...Let it rest...
I've been watching Les Miles' career since he was at Okie St. He IS NOT a great coach. I'm sorry if you are a fan... but if you think he's come close to maximizing the talent LSU has had over the past several years then it is YOU that is delusional.

You STILL don't have a DC unless he is somehow better than he was at UT. I have said consistently that Chavis is good at player development and decent at game week prep but he's a terrible play caller. If you want to see that in clear resolution, go back and watch the second half of UT's game with UCLA last year. With VASTLY superior personnel, he was just plain outclassed by Chow. It happens anytime he plays an above avg OC/playcaller.

What I find funny is you guys coming off the heals of a 5-7 season are suddenly the best choice for any quality player...every other school is a "bad choice" comment from you guys..
That isn't what I said, is it? Why resort to lying and straw man arguments? LSU has a loaded depth chart. There aren't going to be enough balls to go around... and Two Loss Les is going to continue to be good for a few chokes every year.

"not even close to our tradition" crap... comments, you simply can not bring yourself to complement or give respect to another program.. That makes you silly
I showed alot of respect for Oregon's program. I respect LSU's facilities, fans, tradition, etc... and Miles still isn't a great coach. He's a well above avg recruiter but his early success was the work of Saban's coordinators. Miles said as much himself.

Again, your coach is 0-0 as a HC.. I repeat 0-0.. That makes him extremely unknown as what he can or can not do as a leader and motivator and representative of UT... That should make you very cautious about your optimism.. "Let's wait and see" type of thinking.. but no, your way past that..
Thanks for your rush to judgment. I have consistently taken a "wait and see" approach with CLK. However he's winning my confidence with the things he's done and the changes he's made within the program. I don't know that he'll win or survive the first 3 seasons at UT. But at this point, I believe the prospects are strong enough to make UT (where BB will probably come in #2 on the depth chart) a better choice than LSU where he'll play for Miles and come in #4 at best.

The latest interview has Kiffin accusing Miles/LSU of Negative recruiting UT...Wow! Just wow!
CLK isn't the first coach to accuse Miles of that. Get your head out of.... uh..... the bayou sludge.
Your coach continues to open his mouth over and over and over again... he has no political savy what so ever...
Yes... and that's OUTSTANDING. It is one of the things that has helped win me over when I had some serious doubts. He isn't pulling punches. CPF was a gentleman. What did that get him? He got run over.

CLK is smacking the beach bullies in the mouth... for a UT fan, that's a great change.
He is going to learn the hard way about this public popularity gig.
Really? So far, recruits have absolutely LOVED his bravado and energetic style. The current UT players who loved Fulmer are totally motivated by CLK's aggressive, take no prisoners/offer no quarters approach.

If Miles looses 5 games next year it will be because we lost Jefferson for the season.
Maybe. Or maybe it will be because he gets outclassed by Petrino, Nutt (what a joke), Meyer, Richt, etc.

If BB commits to the Vols, I will come back and congratulate you...
Mighty big of someone who went out of their way to put words in the mouth of someone else... aka lying.

If he choose any other school, I doubt you will do the same...
I don't go to other teams' boards and run off at the mouth.... I won't have an opportunity to "congratulate" anyone. However if I did, I would not be inclined to "congratulate" a team that is already stocked at RB.

I said way, way back that the future of UT's program does not depend on the signing of Oku or Brown. I would have gladly traded the chance at both for a quality OL. I hope Brown makes a good decision and have stated what I think of his options.

Next time you decide to blather, how about educating yourself first.
